There are a number of things to try if you are having trouble connecting your Viiiiva to the 4iiii app:
- Wake up your Viiiiva by either rubbing on the two metal leads or by wetting the strap contacts and putting on the Viiiiva.
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
- Close the 4iiii app and relaunch it.
- Make sure the Viiiiva isn’t connected to another device (another nearby smartphone, laptop or tablet). Viiiiva can only make one Bluetooth connection at a time.
- Replace the Viiiiva battery with a fresh battery.
