If you are needing to initiate a warranty claim, or return product you will need to be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To do this, please submit a request prior to sending anything to 4iiii.
All warranty claims are initiated by contacting Customer Service. Depending on where you bought your product from, next steps will then be communicated on where to return your product to for warranty repair/replacement.
If you ware wanting to return your product for a refund, please contact your local dealer, where you originally purchased the product from.
