We ship purchases made on 4iiii.com worldwide. You will be presented with shipping costs prior to finalizing your order, so simply proceeding to the Shipping Method section of checkout is a good way of determining these costs.
When purchasing a Ride Ready of Factory Install, it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside Canada.
Customers outside of Canada and the USA may be required to pay taxes and duties (VAT), which are applied by your countries import laws. You will have to inquire about what these costs might be as we are not able to estimate these for you. Our carrier will charge a convenience fee for paying duties and taxes at the time of import and pass the fee along to customers. You as the importer are responsible for these charges.
When a crank is sent in for a Factory Install, the commercial invoice we send along with the ship label reads "REPAIR AND RETURN." The commercial invoice sent back once the powermeter's installed or for a Ride Ready order reads "SALE." Some countries, such as the Philippines, require extra documentation that the customer must arrange themselves.
