4iiii Powermeters do have active temperature compensation and adjust for temperature real time while riding. They have internal temperature sensors that measure and compensate for temperature changes, as well as they are fully temperature tested during the manufacturing process. A zero-offset is recommended prior to the ride after letting your bike to equilibrate to the outside temperature. After the zero-offset, the powermeter will monitor temperature fluctuations and adjust your powermeter accordingly using the pre-calibrated temperature curves set in the powermeter.
