*Note that all Fliiiight trainers are aligned for parallelism and concentricity before shipping. In most cases you will not need to complete this step. Follow the instructions if: 

• You unintentionally alter this alignment while adjusting the height.
• You are mounting a new resistance unit yourself following an upgrade, repair, or warranty replacement.
• The alignment has shifted during shipping. This may be indicated during troubleshooting.
