If your trainer turns off on its own, it is most likely low on batteries. A yellow or yellow and red status light is another hint your battery is low. Try charging the trainer using the included USB-C charger.
See: Charging and storing the trainer
If the trainer shows symptoms of low batteries even though it has recently been on the charger,
- Check that the outlet the trainer is plugged into is supplying power.
- Contact support
Note that charging the trainer using a USB wall outlet adapter is recommended. Laptops and computers may stop supplying power to charging devices when they enter sleep mode.
If your trainer turns on but doesn't appear to activate the magnets after the initial squeeze, see My Trainer doesn't start up.
