Status light
The status light is above the power button, on the left.
Blue, solid. |
Bluetooth disconnected, ready to pair |
Blue, blinking. |
Bluetooth connected, receiving commands. A long blink will alternate with 1-3 short blinks. The number of short blinks indicates the number of Bluetooth channels that are connected. |
Red, rapid blinking. |
Error message. Sensors may be obscured. Check the diagnostic tools in the 4iiii app. |
Yellow, alternating with Blue. |
Low battery warning. |
Yellow. |
Low battery, charge trainer ASAP. |
Yellow alternating with red. |
Out of batteries. The trainer will stop responding until charged. |
Charging port light
The charging port light is above the USB port, on the right. It will turn on to indicate the trainer is plugged in and receiving power.

*If you are charging the trainer between uses when you see the green light flash, remove and re-insert the USB cable to get a better connection.
If the trainer is plugged in and in use, disregard the green light flashing. In this case it indicates the charging port is not currently supplying power because the amount of charge being drawn by the motor is too variable for it to do so safely (i.e. without overcharging the battery). This is likely to occur occasionally and is not a concern.
