What if my Viiiiva isn’t pairing with the 4iiii app?

1. Make sure Viiiiva is awake by turning it on (see detailed instructions in the User Manual) or rubbing the snap contacts.
2. Replace the Viiiiva battery with a fresh battery. Follow the instructions in Section 10 of the User Guide.
3. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
4.  Close the 4iiii app and relaunch it.
5.  Make sure the Viiiiva isn’t connected to another device (another nearby smartphone, laptop or tablet). Viiiiva can only make one Bluetooth connection at a time.
