When new firmware updates are released you'll be able to update your trainer firmware using the 4iiii app.
Tip: In order for the firmware update to be successful, you must only be connected to the app updating the firmware. Close all other apps and disconnect other devices before beginning the update.

Note: You will need to update older iPhones to iOS 11 or later in order to download the app.
- Connect to the trainer in the 4iiii app.
